Flyna - Passenger Services for Travel Agents
A B2B agent portal that brings flights, hotels, visas, eSIM and travel insurance into one workspace. Built for travel agencies in Iraq, in English and Arabic, with wallets in USD and IQD and a companion mobile app.
Role:
Back & Front Development
Industry:
Travel & Tourism Technology (Online Travel Agency / OTA Solutions)
Duration:
Ongoing
Five services in one portal: Flights, hotels, visas, eSIM and insurance each follow a different booking flow, but agents need one consistent experience.
Add-ons before payment: Letting agents choose seats, meals and extra baggage and see the final price before they commit.
Two wallets: Agents hold balances in USD and IQD, and each airline must be paid from the right one.
Unified agent workspace: One sign-in, one wallet area and one bookings history across every service.
Flight add-ons step: Seat maps, meals and baggage selected inside the booking flow and carried through to the ticket.
Price calendar: Fares per day shown directly in the date picker so agents find the cheapest day quickly.
Secure accounts: One-time passcodes at login and an enforced password policy for agent accounts.
English and Arabic: Every screen works left-to-right and right-to-left.
Flyna is live and used by travel agents to search, book and issue tickets every day. New capabilities such as flight add-ons, insurance and the price calendar have been released continuously since launch.
Mobile app for travelers: A consumer app built on the same platform.
More suppliers: Adding airlines and hotel sources to widen what agents can sell.
Richer reporting: More detailed exports and statements for agency accounting.
Conclusion
Flyna shows how CloudFares turns a wide set of travel services into a single, dependable workspace for agents, in the languages and currencies the Iraqi market works in.
